The kitchen is a full-service rental photography and video studio, and includes a chef's kitchen, a smaller client kitchen, a large dining area and an open living area with 12 foot ceilings, large windows and lots and lots of natural light. It features designer furniture, 2 bathrooms, freight elevator, and WiFi connectivity. It can accommodate up to 75 people.

Is the cost all-inclusive of taxes, fees, etc.?
Yes, our fees are inclusive of taxes and fees.
Do you offer full event planning? If so, what services? And, are these at additional costs to the space itself?
We do not offer full event planning, but would recommend a vendor we have worked with in the past.
Does the cost of the space include all furniture/set-up?
Our cost includes furniture and we can assist in set-up, but we are not the point people to facilitate an event set-up.
What are the rules/restrictions on bringing in outside vendors?
All outside vendors are welcome.
How early in the day are we able to access each space?
We work on either an 8 or 10 hour day. We can provide quotes for our spaces.
Do you have storage space at the venue and are you able to hold products in advance or after the event? If so, how early/late and is there an additional cost for storage?
We allow deliveries the weekday afternoon before an event, and pick-ups can happen the weekday morning after the event.
Any restrictions on alcohol, music, moving in/out products that you can think of?
A certificate of insurance is required by all bookings. Alcohol is allowed to be served but not sold and we require a certificate of insurance for general liability with the alcohol clause included.
Loud music must finish by 10pm.
