Meeting Lounge

This ground level space is a cozy candle lit rustic cafe with customized details and exposed reclaimed brick walls, featuring 5 million year old fossils, with marble tables and Viennese chairs opening up to a larger area with late 19th century country parlor furniture set and a beautiful view of our church interior.  The ground level space is 600 square feet and is suitable for private gatherings of up to 50 people. The space is multifunctional and can be used for social gatherings lectures and meetings alike. A coffee machine is available in-house and outside catering is possible. Please note that pets are not allowed in this venue.

Meeting Lounge can be combined with Cafe Victoria (one floor up).

Can I visit the space?

  • Yes, sure. We prefer 9am - 11:30am or after 3pm on weekdays but can arrange weekend visits too. Let us know when is a convenient time for you.

Are tables and chairs included in the rate?

  • Yes, table and chairs are included in the price. There are 3 tables- 24*30 and 3 tables 72*30 and lounge furniture.

Are decorations allowed?

  • Yes. Any type of decorating that doesn’t damage the space is allowed.

How much is audio visual?

  • We have a projector and screen, we rent it out for $60.

Is there a house speaker system we can plug into to play music?

  • There are speakers that work for the space, nothing fancy, you can plug in your device.

Can we bring in our own food, or do you have preferred caterers?

  • You can bring your own food. If you prefer to have your event catered, we offer Great quality Italian food for $35 per person. Please see the menu here. However, please note that the Meeting Lounge is not very suitable for serving food. If you like to serve food, you would have to use the tiled area in the lounge. We prefer that events with food are held upstairs in Cafe Victoria.

Can we use the kitchen?

  • We rent the kitchen out for $50 an hour if it is to be used for cooking or warming food.

Can we refrigerate some drinks?

  • Yes, if it’s just to refrigerate some drinks we can give you access to our kitchen free of charge. Please be sure not exceed 2 visits to the kitchen (as you have to be accompanied because the elevator has a passcode)
